The Accenture workforce planning solution provides an integrated capability that enables an organization to effectively plan and manage compensation assumptions/drivers, employee level changes, transfers, and headcount. The solution assists with overall workforce cost monitoring and analysis.

Assumption and Expectation Input
  • Input global assumptions, such as merit, bonus rates, benefit expense and tax rates, which drive the calculation of expenses for each individual employee.
Employee Management
  • Perform and manage activities such as add a new employee or transfer an employee from one cost center to another.
Headcount Planning
  • Plan resources and costs linked to a cost center throughout the year considering information such as transfers in/out, new joiners and attrition.
Control and Monitoring
  • Review financial reports and check eventual discrepancies between Headcount Expectation vs Planned Resources and Total Salary Cost vs Expectation by Cost Center.
