  • The Coronavirus has been particularly devastating to the mom and pop restaurants around the US that have had to close their doors over the past month.  The Restaurant Continuity model helps those in the food service industry put a plan to in place to manage cash and model out a transition to a “grab and go/ delivery based” operating model.

  • Model out location operating expenses, including general fixed expenses and employee staffing costs
  • Forecast cash flow based on bottoms up orders estimates (volume), average ticket price by day of the week, and delivery service costs
