Sales Commissions is a robust calculation app that can help leadership team to strategize T&Q management and Sales forecasting based on projected commission payments. Helps sales operations team to define and manage monthly commission payments. And also enable payees to receive their commission statement via cloud.
Sales Orders can be imported and Base Salary be defined in Sales Operations Home dashboard.
Project commission of payees based on different plans can be visualized in Plan assignment dashboard. Each title will have a separate plan assignment dashboard. Management team can assign commission plan to each payee looking at their project commission.
Payees can receive their monthly commission statement broken up by roll up revenue and percentage. Commission payments for last 3 months can be visualized in chart.
Rates and Quotas for different plans can be assigned and managed via Rates and Quota assignment dashboard.
Reference data like quotas, commission rates & fixed values to be used in commission calculations can be added and managed at title level and be updated every year.
Allocate hierarchy roll up percentage
Rollup revenue from reporting payees can be percentage credited to managers. Based on Customer acquisition cost, revenue can be credited more or less.
Assign plans to payees
Payees can be assigned to various plans based on type of product and the market they sell them. Payees can be compensated at a fixed base salary, by revenue percentage based on attainment or revenue percentage based on revenue tier.
Generate Monthly Commission Statement
Monthly commission statement of payees from VP to Sales representatives can be calculated and published via portal. Disputes in commissions calculated or queries can be submitted via portal.
