Workspace admin privileges are an essential right not only for model builders but super users across various platforms that continuously make tweaks across the model on the feedback of the larger user community.
For a large scale workspace management, several key users have workspace admin rights along with independent model builders and Anaplan CoE teams. However, as part of regular workspace cleanup/maintenace, workspace admin rights of users are often removed because they have moved to a different role or because of inactivity. Additionally, there might also be accidental changes where a right mistakenly get updated/removed.
Special integration accounts like ESB are also granted workspace admin rights allowing them to run daily jobs across models in an automated fashion even when the model is temporarily offline for testing/change promotions. Any sudden change to such privileges have a knock down effect in terms of impaired functionality and job runs.
As a model builder and part of CoE, I would prefer a notification system for upgrade/downgrade of workspace admin rights being sent to a distribution list (say CoE) or individual members tasked with workspace administration or maintenance. For a workspace with several large models and huge data inflow, it is not feasible to go through each model history and investigate changes, so a dedicated notification system notifying changes to such admin rights would be hugely beneficial in terms of workspace administration and management.

At present , the Admin settings panel used by model builders to create and build new lists for their modules and driving functions do not have the specific list grouping feature. Under Lists and Roll-Ups , we only have General Lists acting as the parent for all lists within the model. To create a better understanding of model structure we use the following grouping for list
Create a list called Functional Area A (Related to specific master data/business function) with no data type to just act as a grouping separator. Put relevant lists under it , move on to create the next separator and repeat. The structure looks something like
-----Master Data From Data HUB---
----Functional Area A-----
--- Reporting Metrics---
and so on.
However, because these separators are self created there is no option to collapse them like we can do for standard Functional Areas on the content section. For a model with multiple lists, its really inconvenient to view and edit lists because you cannot collapse separators.
It would be extremely beneficial to model builders if Anaplan extends the concept of Functional Areas in Contents to the settings panel allowing us to create specific Functional separators to group lists and then the groups can be collapsed while looking at/editing lists for a better and cleaner model building experience.

As a model builder, I would like to see greater flexibility to history export requests for Anaplan models.
Context: The History Export function is critical for audit checks to understand if any particular user activity/imports/processes might have caused a data issue or some connection to break. It is important as part of CoE support to check and analyze export logs to find discrepancies and look for unusual changes within a timeframe.
Challenges: The current export request can only be filtered for certain basic criteria such as 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. This usually leads to huge file sizes (10+ GB for big models) that cannot be opened with standard text editors and makes analysis and checking extremely difficult.
Idea Request: Please add additional filtering options to the history export request such as ability to filter by timestamps (from HH:MM:SS-HH:MM:SS) or allowing history view of only a particular process/action/module. Currently, you can view history of a particular data cell but it also has the same basic filter options so additional flexibility would be extremely beneficial for analysis of history logs
