Jon,   Our internal team has been working with support since the first day the Excel Add-in v3.1 was released, without creating exception users which defeats the purpose of SSO, we are unable to use the Excel Add-in within our organization. Excel Add-in v3.0 received too many complains around error messages that users stopped using it, and when Excel Add-in v3.1 was rolled up those users uninstalled v3.0 and installed v3.1.    We did also experience issues with SSO using Excel Add-in v3.0 which were reviewed with the Anaplan support team and resolved. Hello Everyone,    I have been with Anaplan for over three years now. It has been nothing but fantastic. I took an idea Jerome Feltraco had of providing free Anaplan access and training for universities & colleges for learning purposes and ran with it. I have grown the University Connect program to a global program.   We have three talented individuals working on the University Connect team, Heather Matthews, myself and Grace Bergeron. It's crazy how quickly a program can grow from an idea to a global program.    Although I do not sell into the Universities I can connect with the deans and professors who would have an interest in exposing their students to free access and training.  Shoot me a message!
