Thank you for your message and I am sorry you have been experiencing issues. I am not aware of any reason why the refresh would work but not the send and refresh after an upgrade. I would recommend contacting Anaplan Support. Also, is there a reason why you choose to upgrade to 3.4? The latest version is 4.1. I would suggest trying out the latest version in case it fixes the issue.
