Why is this added to the list "Needs Community Support"? It seems to me that it's a missing, fundamental feature of the new UX. Is the community able to provide an answer?

Fully agree with the original request. I've been asking for cell wrapping for years because our model contains a lot of text, not just numbers. I was advised that the new UX would do text wrapping, and I would be very disappointed to see this downgraded to hover-view.

Fully agree. This feature and several other basic features (such as publishing lists, hard returns in text areas, width resizing, cell wrapping) are missing from the new UX currently, so I can't see anybody investing the time to use the new UX when it does less than the current one.

I've had a look at the new UX and tried to build replacement dashboards for my current model. It doesn't seem possible to select list content for a grid. You can only select module views. List views are very useful (or essential in my case) because a selection of my users need to edit list content. If I can't display this on a dashboard, these users cannot fulfil their role in the model, as they are not full model builders / admins and cannot see the lists.
