For the message on the NUX comment box, it would be better if this would also be indicated on the email notification. Suggesting also to keep the history for deleted messages on the comment box for future Audit reference.
We support this NUX Comment Box suggestion that @che213523 added. Our clients would like to have the ability to keep the history for messages in the comment box. It would allow them the ability to audit and refer back to the comments in the future. Thank you.

Currently a full refresh only refreshes the data. Structural changes should also be able to be fully refreshed into an existing source data object.
In case an object is deleted by error, it should be retrievable back from a trash bin.
