haschildren(List)

There should be a haschildren() function that takes in a list that a module is dimensioned by and returns a boolean, indicating whether or not the list member has a child. This would be especially useful in conditional formatting with multiple dimensions, where for one of the dimensions, you do not want the conditional formatting to apply on the parents, but for the rest of the dimensions, you want a formula summary.
