Model to help expedite the introduction and execution of RCM (Responsibility Center Management) budgeting process via preconfigured navigation pages, approval processes, planning rules, and security controlled roles.

  • Users have ability to add real-time items for A&S Transactions, Degree Programs, Employees, Employees Compensation Funds, and Transfers. This can be down in the model, and does not require any imports.

Compensation or Employee Funding

  • Multiple levels of budget process, with existing security setup to ensure proper submissions and approvals are followed by each individual ARC.
Decentralized Budget Process
  • Ability to track, validate, and select allocation drivers and percentages by specific ARC or A&S unit budgets.
Flexible Setup for Responsibility Centers and A&S Units
  • For every Responsibility Center and A&S unit, users have the ability to dynamically change the calculations of data at the yearly level. This flows to the reports needed and automatically changed if need for budget approvals.
