What’s happening this week

We've made the first version of our updated homepage available for you to explore, try out and get familiar with. A new link has been added to under Global Navigation tab: “Home” and you can use this to navigate to this new landing page to view all your New UX apps & pages, your My Pages, and your Models! If you currently don't use the New UX, you can access your models in the same way as before just with an updated look-and-feel. If you are using the New UX, then this is an even better way to see your models and your Pages all in one place!

New Navigation

In addition to the familiar global navigation bar you are used to, Anaplan Home now introduces breadcrumb-style navigation, giving you greater visibility of where you are while using as few clicks as possible.

Apps

Are you using our New UX?  Home displays a list of apps to which you have access and you can access a full list of your apps via the "View All" link.

Pages

Also related to the New UX, Home displays a list of pages to which you have access and have recently visited - quick access to the content you need within your Anaplan apps.

Favorites

Anaplan Home now displays a list of all of your marked favorites in a convenient side panel - if you have a model or page that you use regularly, mark it as a favourite and it will always be available quickly and easily from your new homepage.

Models

Home displays a list of up to eight models to which you have access, displayed in order by date last accessed. You can access your full list of models via the "View All" link.

Will it always be like that?

The functionality available on the new Home page will evolve over the coming months as we continue to build out functionality and act on the feedback we receive.

Once everything you can do in your current homepage has been added to the new Home page we'll be making the new, updated version the default that everyone sees when they sign into Anaplan. We've released things in this way to give you enough time to adapt before fully making this change. We are targeting to set Home as your defaulting Anaplan entry point in mid-May 2020.

What should I be doing with the new Home page?

By providing the updated Home experience in this way, we can ensure that you’re comfortable and prepared for this change. Everyone will be able to give these pages a try using the "Home" menu option and, as this is built on the same platform as the New UX, you can even bookmark the new page for quicker access.

Ciao Ksenia, as you know, we use a lot the NUX and I consider it a really innovation inside Anaplan unit service. The graphs are really user friendly but in same time very interesting because interactive. I'm working using SAP-Business Object for 12 years. The NUX cancelled completely the BO support. It is not only a graph support, but also the navigability of each report is something really advanced.

Moreover I consider interesting also the Mobile App. Unlucky it is impossible (yet) to insert information inside.
