  Hi @SarahE , Have you tried using a function called "TEXTLIST", Its similar to SUM but for works for Text. Hope this helps.

  Hi @Takamasa , Tree view is not available for Columns. However you can try using conditional formatting to differentiate Parent from Child. Hope this helps.
