Double check the "Left?" line item, the formula likely needs to be adjusted. Employees without a Leave Data are still employed whereas your module does not reflect that.1 -

Great idea, would also be helpful if you could pick the list(s) on which to apply summary. Often I see case of multi-dimensional modules were the totals are needed for one list but not the others.1 -
