Totally agree. Currently, the App is quite a separate entity from the model and is nothing to indicate the relationships between modules and actions using as starting point the classic interface.1 -

To avoid the errors (fails) during the import you can create a saved view in the source model to filter data to be coherent with the target model time scale.1 -
