Hello
as context, I am creating an input module with no timeline that is effectively a dummy list 1-30, then a series of line items mapped to various lists such as Region (A-C), Shop Type (1-3), etc. Finally I have three line items - start date, end date & effect value. I can therefore say 'Adjustment 1 = +5% sales for Region B, Shop Type 1, effective from Period 20 - Period 30'. This is much easier to manage/review than having to enter growth figures into a timeline.
I then have a calc module with the same dimensions that then maps this out onto a timeline, however I can't quite get it to work. I have got 95% of the way there by using SUM against the line items mapped to lists.
My remaining issue is that if, for example, I input a 5% growth to 'All Regions' (the top level of the 'region' list), the behaviour i want to see is Region A, Region B and Region C to all pull 5% in the calc module. However this doesn't work and they show nothing. is there a way to get this behaviour to work? The whole idea falls apart if I can't set parent-level inputs, it will become too complicated if I have to manually set up every combination of child-level options.
Thanks for your help
