How soon can we schedule a private workshop or a private cohort?
Anaplan Academy needs at least 3 weeks’ notice to schedule a private workshop or private cohort.
What time of day are the workshops & cohorts scheduled?
- Private workshops typically run from 10am – 4pm in your local time zone. Times can be adjusted with the instructor to fit your needs. These classes are held across 4 consecutive days.
- Private cohort sessions typically run from 8am-9am in your local time zone. Times can be adjusted with the instructor to fit your needs. These sessions are one hour a week for 8 weeks.
How will I be billed?
When class dates and costs are agreed upon, Anaplan will create a Statement of Work to be signed by both parties. Contracts need to be signed before the first day of training.
How does the schedule work?
- Private Workshops are taught over consecutive days, Tuesday through Friday. Level 1 and 2 are both technical classes, so it helps to learn the material all at once. When class days are broken up, the classroom rhythm is interrupted.
- Private Cohorts are scheduled differently and require 1-2 instructor hours a week for all 8 weeks. Dates and times are flexible.
What languages are the workshops taught in?
Anaplan and our training partners can teach various languages and attendee accommodations. This will vary by region and by attendee requirements.
Will all attendees get certification?
- For level 1, nearly all attendees will complete the class requirements, assuming they attend all days of the workshop or sessions, and they successfully pass the Level 1 exam on the last day of training. They will get access to a downloadable course completion certificate.
- Level 2 is more challenging and complex and will take more time to complete, therefore leaving the required course exams to be completed by the attendees in their own time. Once the two exams are completed, they will get access to a downloadable course completion certificate.
What if I only have a small group who want to take training?
We recommend that groups of 4 of less take advantage individual seats in our Public classes.
