Model review process
As part of the certification or evaluation process, prospective Solution Architects must submit a fully built Anaplan model that reflects their ability to apply best practices, scalability principles, and real-world design logic. Reviewers assess:
- Model structure: Logical alignment with DISCO (Data, Inputs, System, Calculations, Outputs)
- Performance: Efficient use of formulas, dimensions, and summaries
- User experience: Thoughtful UX design, role-based navigation, and intuitive workflows
- Technical integrity: Clean imports/exports, correct use of time/versions, and scalability considerations
- Governance: Adherence to naming conventions, security, and maintainability
- Important: Any evidence of cheating, including copying another candidate’s work, using unauthorized help, or bypassing best practices with hardcoding or hidden shortcuts, will result in disqualification. Reviews are designed to evaluate both skill and integrity.
