An action only works for workspace administrators but not 'full access' end users.
Hi there, I have an action set up that updates a saved view. The action can be run by the end user but the numbers don't actually populate. No errors are shown for them.
When I run the action in the model, it runs and updates the figures as expected.
The user has full access to everything, the only difference being I am a Workspace Administrator and they are not.
I didn't think this would make a difference, but does anyone know how to get around this and if there is somewhere to allow the end user to update the information?
Thanks in advance
Re: Rank by Student Names (alphabetic order)
@Sachinsourav02 - It's a good use case and I am still thinking how we can rank Employees as per their Name alphabetically. But I saw your primary reason for using rank, I would say since you want a number(rank) to distribute employees in multiple slides. You can do the sequential ranking rather than ranking alphabetically as your primary purpose is to have 1-30 Employees in Slide 1, 31-60 in Slide 2. But I'm still thinking of how we can rank alphabetically! But give this a thought.

Re: I want to create a list like below but every item in the list has 3 sizes eg 100g 200g 300g
@SnehaPrabha there's multiple ways to address this and will really depend on your use cases. You may even end up implementing multiple configurations
- Add another hierarchy level that includes the size. Example hierarchy below
- Chocolates
- Nutzo Bar
- Nutzo Bar 100g
- Nutzo Bar 200g
- Nutzo Bar 300g
- Raising the Bar
- Raising the Bar 100g
- Raising the Bar 200g
- Raising the Bar 200g
- Nutzo Bar
2. Include the size as part of the product list and have the product name and size as attributes of that list item. Example hierarchy and module data below
- Chocolates
- Nutzo Bar 100g
- Nutzo Bar 200g
- Nutzo Bar 300g
- Raising the Bar 100g
- Raising the Bar 200g
- Raising the Bar 200g
List Item | Flat Product | Size |
---|---|---|
Nutzo Bar 100g | Nutzo Bar | 100g |
Nutzo Bar 200g | Nutzo Bar | 200g |
Nutzo Bar 300g | Nutzo Bar | 300g |
Raising the Bar 100g | Raising the Bar | 100g |
Raising the Bar 200g | Raising the Bar | 200g |
Raising the Bar 200g | Raising the Bar | 300g |
3. Other variations of the list. Really depends on your use cases
- Chocolates
- 100g
- Nutzo Bar 100g
- Raising the Bar 100g
- 200g
- Nutzo Bar 200g
- Raising the Bar 200g
- 100g

Re: Is there a way to connect Anaplan with KNIME?
As far as I know, there are no connectors developed to extract data from KNIME and import into Anplan.
However, you need to consider that Anaplan imports CSV/TXT as external sources, so you could split the integration automation into 2 main steps:
- extract data from KNIME to a CSV/TXT file
- import CSV/TXT file into Anaplan
You could also verify if there is any 3rd party integration tool that has developed connectors to KNIME and Anaplan.
Hope it helps,
Alex

Happy new year everyone!
My favorite Anaplan features released in 2023 are:
- The option to put context selectors on the top of the card
- Geo mapping
- Context selector reorder

Re: UX Page action button and Grid Data
Hi @ClauN
Thank you so much for your inputs it worked accordingly as per the requirement.
Happy Learning 😀!!
Re: UX Page action button and Grid Data
If at least one column is not blank → we need to clear the line line
So you need to use isnotblank and "or"
