New additions and enhancements to PlanIQ

During the recent months, our product team and engineers have released variety of features to PlanIQ:

 

• Anaplan PlanIQ is now able to leverage Anaplan's native forecasting engine that runs in parallel with Amazon Forecast engine. The first algorithm supported by our engine is MVLR. MVLR offers fast, advanced statistical forecasting with item level explainability, providing insights on how and which drivers most impact forecast of every item in the data collection.
• Amazon Ensemble algorithm provides best forecast for every individual item in the data collection. Amazon Ensemble comes with model level explainability, providing insights on how and which drivers most impact forecast for the entire data collection.
• It is now possible to configure optimization metric (MASE, MAPE or RMSE) for Anaplan AutoML or Amazon Ensemble algorithm. Allowing you to have a full match between the accuracy metrics that are used by your business and by the engine.
