Easier troubleshooting of Forecast Action errors with new enhancement


We're happy to announce an enhancement that will make troubleshooting of Forecast Action errors easier.

We know that in some cases, import errors are causing forecast actions to fail. Until now it was fairly difficult to troubleshoot them but with the recent enhancement it really becomes super easy.

Now, if forecast action fails, it’s now possible to download import logs during 24 hours since the failure.

  1. Click on the View activity of the action in question.
  2. In the View activity click on the Details of the individual run.
  3. Click on the Download error log to download.

Run the action again and access the log file.
