Introduction: Anaplan Customer Care Portal: Zoom meeting

As we have communicated recently, Anaplan’s Support team – Anaplan Customer Care - are releasing our new “Customer Care Portal”, which will help you to manage and oversee cases you have submitted with Anaplan Support . You will receive notification from the Customer Care team within 24 hours from now that the Portal has gone live, plus links to short videos explaining how you can leverage this.

In addition, we have arranged with our colleague, a Customer Care manager, to provide a short information webinar to describe the process and benefits to you of the new Portal
