I tested this as a non-WSA end user and do NOT have the ability to drag and drop pages. I wonder if the end users @sthomsen observed this with have Page Builder roles?1 -

Re: Anaplan "Failed to assert user" Error from 2 days.
Another reason this could be happening is that the user is disabled in the Administration area of Anaplan. A workspace admin may need to go into Administration and enable the user.1 -
