I'm Allison Hughes, a Customer Success Business Partner. As a business partner, I work directly with clients and partners. My goal is to help customers be successful with Anaplan. I do that through scoping new use cases, architecting solutions, advising partners on best practices, enabling users, and being the boots-on-the-ground client contact (aka real person you can call when you aren't sure who to contact).
