How can I request a Tenant Audit report for the last 12 months, as currently the report is limited to just 30 days worth of data from the Administration page?
Anaplan Audit provides you with up to 30 days worth of logs for specified events in your organization so what you have encountered is normal behavior.

How can I enable the audit feature?
If the Audit is included in your contract: You can send a request to Anaplan Customer Care to have your audit feature enabled. If the Audit is not included in your contract: Our audit capability is included in our Professional and Enterprise package. Success Central can reach out to your Account Executive if you'd like to explore the option of upgrading your current plan.

Data Center
How can I determine the region our data is currently stored in?
All of the data in their workspaces is stored/processed only in the primary data center, and a DR copy is stored in the DR data center. User authentication is handled in our data center in Ashburn, VA in the US (with failover to Santa Clara, CA, USA). This means that user name and e-mail address (as provisioned by the customer’s Anaplan admins) is stored in the US.

How can we leverage the same certificate we have that integrates Anaplan and our data warehouse for the integration between Workiva and Anaplan?
You can leverage the same certificate for the integration between Anaplan and your Data Warehouse with Workiva and Anaplan as long as the user account in Anaplan is the same for both integrations.

What causes Excel add-in errors?

License management
How do we ensure license compliance and effectively manage our licenses?
On a high level, Anaplan has three types of user licenses: Model builder, Contributor, and Viewer. Out of these licenses, the model builder is the highest cost, followed by contributor, and then viewer. If the user is responsible for Anaplan model building, then the user will need a model builder license. If the user is actively changing the numbers, then the user will need a contributor license. How do I request a temporary increase in our WS capacity as we are making model changes as part of optimization?
We have conditions to follow for this request depending on the size (GB) and duration of the temporary WS. You may reach out to your business partner for support.
How do I request a report/analysis on which UX dashboards are used the most, and which modules are taking the most calculation time?
Open a Customer Care ticket and an analyst will request model access to replicate and check the issue on slow model initialization, and coordinate with the Model Optimization Team. The Model Open Analysis report turnaround time is 5–10 days.
SOC reports
How do I request bridging letters for SOC reports?
All SOC/bridging letter requests are to be handled by Audit Reports team. SOC Community portal access will be provisioned to the requesting user to enable them to download Anaplan's security compliance reports. Send the user details (company, name, email) to the audit.reports@anaplan.com.
SSO
Is there a way to use the SSO along with a custom-built landing page?
You can publish a direct link to the page on your internal site. Every Anaplan page has a unique URL, and you can copy the URL from the address bar or use the share functionality to generate a link. Users will be automatically authenticated or prompted to authenticate.
How do I migrate our login process over to SSO from the default email/password setup?
Please note that configuring SSO involves security considerations, and as such, third-party assistance may not be available for this. You may review the provided guides for SSO technical setup.

What do I do if I encounter a Single Sign-On (SSO) login failure due to a lockout?
An account is locked out due to five consecutive failed attempts. You may reach out to the organization's Workspace Administrator/Tenant Administrator and have them assign the user as an 'Exception user'. Once done, go to the Anaplan login page, select "Forgot password'' and you will be prompted to enter your email address or username associated with your Anaplan account. Check your email inbox for a password reset link sent by Anaplan. Once the password is reset, the user will be set to non-SSO user, advised that this can be changed and will not cause any issues in the user’s access to the platform.

Tenant administration
If the previous Tenant Admins are no longer part of the organization, how can I be added as the new Tenant Admin?
We can connect you with the Anaplan Customer Care team to add you as a Tenant Admin if there are no more Tenant Admins in your company. Please note that Anaplan Customer Care will review your user admin lists to confirm this and will require approval. If a Tenant admin is still available, they can use our Anapedia guide for Assigning roles to provide you with the appropriate user access.

How can we regain access to Anaplan if our company's email domain has changed and the administrator no longer has access?
Contact Anaplan Customer Care to have the password manually reset and send it to the updated email address. Once the new admin has been set up, the admin will then need to add all the new user email addresses and remove the old ones. It is also recommended to export or copy any cells in your models which use users as a dimension as this data will be lost with the removal of the old users' email addresses.

A good starting point for new customers would be Anaplan Essentials for customers and Anaplan’s new UX. Both are easily accessible on the Dashboard's Featured Learning section. Make sure to create an account in Anaplan's Learning Center and provide workspace access for model-building courses.

How can I change the user role from visiting user to an internal user?
Contact Anaplan Customer Care to have a visiting user changed to an internal user. But before submitting a request, you may want to check if the visiting user isn't an internal user of a different tenant and if he has an admin role on that tenant. To change the status of a visiting user, he needs to be within the same tenant as yours.
How can I give workspace access to a new user?
Once a user is assigned to a workspace in the administration console, a workspace admin would need to add the user from the Users pane within a model to grant access.

How can I control user access in my models and workspaces?
You have to be a tenant or workspace admin to have this ability. Under Administrator, select Users. From there, you'll be able to enable or disable a user's access.

There are two types of workspaces, standard and HyperModel. The maximum amount of workspace that can be allocated for standard workspaces is 130GB and the maximum amount of workspace that can be allocated for HyerModel workspaces is 720GB.
