Re: Delete Dormant Users from the Anaplan Tenant Admin Tool
Hi
Any idea where this is on the roadmap in terms of timescales? Our list of users that require deletion is only getting larger
Thanks
Karen
Re: About deleting module data
If I understand you currently you would like to delete the data in the modules after each year as it is no more relevant, please explore bulk copy functionality to copy 0 into these modules from one year into another year.
Thanks & Regards

Re: About deleting module data
Hi @toshihiko ,
Can you please explain the requirement more in detail why do you want to delete data from 100+ Modules?
otherwise, you have to create multiple actions to clear the data from the modules, you can refer below link for your reference
Thanks

Re: Running multiple processes with one click?
I don't think so you can run multiple processes in a single click. What you could do is, create a 'Master Process' and include all the actions from the respective processes into it in a sequence that you would like it to run.
I think, it should work.

Re: Running multiple processes with one click?
Maybe it can be included in a batch script
Re: Running multiple processes with one click?
Hi @snigdhakapila , You can use cloudworks "Flow" feature to run multiple process at a time
Cheers!!

@JaredDolich Thank you very much. Sure thing, good material for a How I built it video.
Re: [Part 3] Anaplan Audit History Data in an Anaplan Reporting Model
Just wondering .. has anyone here who requested for a copy of the model actually received a copy of the model? I believe our Anaplan contact has requested their support team to copy it across to our workspace but last advise I received is that it was pending action from the Anaplan support team and this was more than a week ago.
For those who have received a copy, if you can share how you've found it so far.
Re: Build custom ‘process log’ within Anaplan
You are welcome, I'm glad to hear it will help others!
@Tim_Mark yes, it would involve additional complexity but it definitely could be set up. You'd have to have some way of generating the code for the "log entry" item, but you could use the exact date and time or something (although if it was run twice since your central "time" value updated, it would overwrite). Otherwise you could reference the existing IDs and increment by one, or some other solution.
Best of luck!
Re: Did anyone faced this issue, why Anaplan is not allowing me to fetch Items using FINDITEM formula?
A couple of questions:
- is the above row axis the Custom Weeks?
- If so, what is the code that it is using?
- if you don't have one, I highly suggest creating one where you can add 1 to it in order to get the next week.
- Instead of breaking it down to the day, why not just add one to the code and do a finditem() on that.
- How does the Custom week list differ from the regular Week list that comes with Anaplan or is the timescale for the model at the month level?
