I created a hierarchy of product family and products. I need help with mapping the products.csv file. Please find the screenshots attached.

You're very very close. When you load P2 Products make sure you are mapping all three properties.
By creating a structured list where P2 Products is a child of P1 Product Family, you need to tell anaplan each of the parents the product belongs to. You can achieve this using the following mapping:
