No, You can't export it out. However you can manually copy the numbers & formula and paste it out to excel for analysis.
Formulas can be copied manually but numbers not able to copy manually. Is there any way to copy numbers as well?
I suppose Ctrl + C should work. Just Select the cells and use Ctrl+C and use Ctrl+V on excel or any other tool of your choice

This shows all comments across all data to all users with access to the UX page. This is not appropriate for any UX which might contain security access sensitive data. Comments on grids and cards ARE security dependent. That works fine. But anyone with access to the page can open this Summary Panel and see ALL comments…
