Did you populate the E1 Departments list before importing the E2 list members? The error says invalid parent.

When you see a invalid parent error then the list that you are trying to map into has not been successfully set up as the parent of the dimension in the module.
Check how the E1 Department and E2 Employee lists have been set up. Review the course content and correct any errors or omissions.
Once the parent - child relationship has been mapped your import will run successfully.
