I have imported the data into the employees details module.
everything is correct however the commission % is not showing correctly.
The correct format is 0.15%
and the imported format is showing as 15.00%
what am i doing wrong?

Are you sure the correct format is 0.15%?
Pls note that 0.15 = 15%
On the other hand, sometimes we need to challenge certain things that do not sound logical, so ask yourself if a 0.15% commission makes sense in a real world?
