Add-In Sign on

Hi Team,

When attempting to sign on through SSO in the add-in, the window moves to the view of a web browser and I'm unable to sign on.

May I have your feedback on this please?

Sorry to hear about this issue. Please contact our support team, if you use Excel Add-in 4.0/4.1/4.2, please use the "contact support" functionality under "Add-in help" in the ribbon.

Hi Magali,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Having looked at the challenge from a few different angles, I resolved the issue and it looks like the add-in link duplicated ?svcId=auth, once I removed one of the duplicates everything functioned as expected.
