For some reason, I cannot get the import right. I'm finding the import settings not very clear.
I've attached some images of what I am trying to do, but also included from the course what it is supposed to look like.
Any help would be appreciated!

From your 1st screenshot, it looks like you are trying to do the import via blueprint view of the module, hence the mapping issue.
Please try importing via Data view to populate the size of the products.
