Your structure of the file which you are using for import is not the same when you created the definition, Might be mismatched column names. Check source file if it matches with your action.

Pls check the Dimension of Data hub model, which you are trying to import in supply chain model.
You are almost near to complete this step.

Try on a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, IE, Opera, etc). Sometimes it can be browser specific.
