I have completed/passed the sprint 1 exam however I could not get the answers for question 1 and 3.
Could anyone please help me to understand where I was wrong and what are the correct answers?

First of all, congratulations. Passing L2 Sprint 1 is terrific - and, for me personally, this was my favorite certification because it really brought to life all the best practices that are typically encountered in a normal implementation.
With regard to the test answers, we obviously cannot share that with you here as it would unfairly assist others that have not taken the exam yet. If you want to send me a private message and a reminder of the question at @JaredDolich I'd be happy to give you some suggestions.
Hi - I cannot seem to create a migration for Assignment 3 and it will not allow me to update the hierarchy and proceed further. It seems to think that a link has already been created, but I don't see anything. Any ideas?
