As far as I know, we can use restrict access on Pages in the App.
Is there any updates about this feature?
Or is it possible for example make a restrict access to one Table or action button?

Restrict access for a page works at the Model Role Level. You can use Full Access, No Access and other Model Roles as options. It certainly doesn't go deeper than that - meaning it doesn't go to card, action or list level.
