Order list function issue

hi

Having issues with end users being able to run the order list function.

I as workspace admin can use it fine, and if I set my access level to their level, it works. but the end user cannot

all actions, modules and list access is granted to the end user as it should be.

but they get the below error. I tried removing one particular order action, but the next one has the same issue

any Ideas?

Review the permitted actions in user settings for the relevant role that has been assigned to the user.

they have access to all the needed actions, lists and modules.

its a deployed ALM model, if that makes a difference, and all the lists are set as production data.

Only workspace Admin can run this action.

why is it only admins can run that action? is that going to change in the future?

As its a badly needed action in our process and if end users can't run it, that really throws a spanner in the works so to speak

There is a widely supported idea for this on the Idea Exchange that was posted a while back:

The status currently is: considered for future Roadmap, so eventually we might get it, but there is no saying how soon.

in the meantime, maybe a big asterix on the option or something to show that only admins can use it?

I only knew about this, because an end user says they were getting failures, and I couldn't replicate that so had to come here to ask why

Is there any plan to not make this an admin only function?

I have users adding data, that is out of order, and I have to go into models myself to rearrange it.
