All the data got imported but it is showing error, is the mapping correct, the time mapping I have done manually.

Delete the first row from your template & try to create the action again. Your mapping looks correct

Please delete the first row because its blank anaplan will not be able to recognize the column header. Save the cvs file, delete the old action & create a new action with your new file.
Your time should be mapped with the column header in the action as you have mapped earlier.
your csv file should match with below screenshot. I can still see volume in first row
