Is there a way to view the previous comments deleted by a user on the comment boxes?

Don't try to connect the NUX Comment box. You cannot even.
You just have to create one System Module in the Anaplan with a Text formatted line item (Comment) and publish it in the NUX as a card. This published module will act as a comment box for you to track the records.

No, you can't see previous comments once the users have deleted their own comments from the Card.
Note: You can only delete your own comment.
