How can I change the hierarchy of list parent in module

Hi, I'm figuring if it is possible to change the hierarchy of list parent in module line item

 

For example, I have the following list 'Test 2' with child 'A' with parent '1' and child 'B' & 'C' with parent '2', where the high level of list 'Test 2' is list 'Test 1' with two list item '1' & '2'

 

I have put the following list in the module, and the line item 'Parent' is in the list format.

 

How can I change the parent of 'A' to '2' when I select '2' in 'Parent' line item? Or import is the only way to change the hierarchy?

Import is the only way thru which you can update Parents in the lists.
