Anaplan Add-On for Google Sheets Not Working

The Add-On for Google Sheets will not open and allow us to connect from large workbooks. It only seems to work with smaller/single sheets. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a limitation of the add-on?

Hi, there are standard Google Sheets limits for worksheets applicable. You're limited to:

1 million cells per worksheet
18,278 columns per worksheet
200 worksheets per spreadsheet
10 million cells per spreadsheet
50,000 characters in any single string.

There's no limit to the number of rows you can have in a worksheet. You cannot create a connection to a module that contains a dimension with more than 1 million items.

Note: A connection between Anaplan and a new worksheet uses at least 26,000 cells from the 1 million in the worksheet. This is to protect any custom data you enter into cells outside the data you retrieve from Anaplan.
