Why do I receive this error even though I have changed the time format?

Check your default model calendar and make sure that you have enough prior years to capture 2019 dates.
Your time mapping is correct and I can see that only some failed suggesting that the calendar is not long enough.
For level 1 it should be set to 2020 with 1 prior year and 1 future year.
