Cannot understand the lookup activity
Can anyone please break it down and explain what i have to do?

It is asking you to write a formula in REV05 Module using LOOKUPS. The data that you are asked to pull is from the module REV04 (which is an input module). The data that you will be fetching is supposed to be on the basis of Country and Product Family.
