You need to change the mapping settings. In fact, your departments (E1) are in Column Headers.
With this approach, it will automatically detect where the data is and the loading will go correctly.

With the current mapping, you are trying to load text values (bonus, %) into numbered cells. Therefore, the loading will ignore them.
Hi - I cannot seem to create a migration for Assignment 3 and it will not allow me to update the hierarchy and proceed further. It seems to think that a link has already been created, but I don't see anything. Any ideas?
