Ok, that was part of it...Now look at the codes and do those match up with the people? Looks like you might have some extra pieces in there.
@NISHI You are missing mapping of employees with their code , map #E2 employees with code and line items with respect to source data
Look at the formula that is creating the code in the source module for this action.
