Lvl 2 Conclusion "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Level 2 Sprints Complete"

Hi,

I have completed all my sprints and sprint exams but my Level 2 Conclusion page still shows "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Level 2 Sprints Completed". How do I complete it?

My Sprint 2 exam shows as incomplete even though I have passed. Attaching all screenshots below.

    @sonalinahata Have you completed level 3 sprint exam too ? Screen shot shows only sprint 2 exam is completed . You would need to complete all 3 sprints plus conclusion exam after that your level 2 is completed

    I have completed all 3. Only Sprint 2 was showing as incomplete, so I posted a screenshot. I attempted it again just now and it's marked as complete but still not able to access Conclusion.

    @sonalinahata Try to refresh the browser and delete cookies if still persists than write to academy@anaplan.com

    they should be able to help you at the backend .

    Hi,
    Same thing happened t me. I passed Sprints 1 to 3, but , the link for the training is disabled and indicated "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: Level 2 Sprints Complete"
