As you complete the model building activities for Process 2 Assigning Accounts to Territories, User Stories 2 1 to 2 5), you do not need to manually assign the accounts to a territory. 

You will be provided a data file to check your model in the Check Your Build section for User Story 2 5

Is this task some prep work for the data hub only?

You need a module in Data Hub with GT3 Territory and Accounts Flat, the code has to be a concatenation of Account and Territory, and you need to create an import action to load the data from this saved view in the Data Hub model to the spoke model.
