I am getting the Invalid Parent error when uploading the Role.csv file to the new list created E3 Role. I understood the parent for the list would be E2 Employees. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

You might want to re-read the question as Roles should not be rolling up to E2 Employees. Think of what Roles are, they are metadata about the employees.

Try re-assigning the role to no parent and the Top level as All roles. And then run the import again.
@u881534 Role list is without parent but it got top level as All roles, just recreate the list and run the action again .

Just like the main question above, I wanted to try out the new feature on the board where you can you the insights panel to put additional cards. However, I wanted to synchronize scroll a card on the main board with the card on the insights panel but I can't find where it might be.
