I created a Module to import Data into Numbered list, I use code to import into List. Code is blank until a specified cell is filled. Even all the user input and import columns are blank, Numbered list create a Empty list item.
the source module requries a view with a filter (a boolean most likely). This filter will have to check for valid (not empty) items.
All the imports are empty until the reference line item filled
