How to import data from FY21 (datahub) to FY22 (Spoke model). Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

If you remember Level 2, a similar requirement was there to bring in historical sales from the previous year to the current year. What we did was instead of using the system time settings, we created a time range that will have the previous year in it.
You'd need to do something similar here. Create a time range that has the same year as Data Hub, and then use that in the module where you are importing the data.
