Hi I have a problem when I download the csv file in the training course of Model Builder using MacBook, the file goes on a different format.

Afraid I don't have a mac, but looking online it seems the process is similar to a PC. You should be able to import the text file into excel to view the data. This link seems to give a step by step guide for mac users that hopefully is helpful:

You can try use the TextEdit.app on Mac to open the file, or Excel if you have installed.
