I thought I followed the steps properly, but my finished product looks like this but, according to the solution, it's supposed to list the regions in columns to the right of code. Can someone please help me understand what's missing?

Change your current view from All Regions to a detailed member.

@dnd2022 You have made Region list as a Page Selector. Change it to Columns through Pivot view. Then you may get the answer.

Some feedback would be that some of the instructions for the model(especially relating to modules) could really add more detail. It's very easy for people to get confused because step by step the instructions do not tell you exactly what you need to do.
